Taylor Guerrero

Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach

Taylor Guerro is a youth strength and conditioning coach who prioritizes longevity in sport and is passionate about keeping athletes strong, resilient, and sustainable throughout their competitive seasons. Taylor’s training philosophy centers on long-term athletic development, emphasizing proper movement, intelligent loading, and consistency to help athletes perform at a high level while staying healthy.

A former high school record-setting athlete with collegiate playing experience, Taylor brings firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands required to compete at advanced levels. This experience helps bridge the gap between performance training and real-world application on the field and court.

Taylor currently serves as the JV boys coach at Roosevelt High School in Johnstown and has been a men’s varsity assistant coach for the past two years. Through coaching and strength and conditioning, Taylor is committed to developing confident, durable athletes and instilling habits that support both peak performance and long-term success.
