Individual Training Sessions

One on One- Private basketball training session with one of our amazing coaches; focused on the individualized specific needs of the player. We will focus on the weaknesses in a player’s game, basic fundamentals, and shooting. Our goals for each session:

-Prepare for games with intense drills that simulate game situations. Helping players translate the skills learned directly to games.

-Develop the mental resilience and strategic thinking that can make a difference during high-pressure game situations.
